We are thrilled to provide you with a significant update - the fulfillment process for all our watches is well underway. Today, we received confirmation from the carrier that some of your watches will undoubtedly reach you in time for Christmas. However, the delivery of others will largely depend on the customs clearance process.
Depending where you live is this world, it can take from 4 to 10 days for delivery...
Furthermore, we want to inform you that there has been a slight delay in the survey phase that caused delays in the process. We needed to reach a minimum number of completed surveys to proceed to the next stage (fulfillment).
It's worth noting that our team has achieved a remarkable feat by managing to deliver in such a short timeframe. It's been less than two months since our Kickstarter campaign concluded. Nevertheless, there are factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and the efficiency of the carrier.
Rest assured that the tracking numbers issued by the local carrier will be sent to you 24-48 hours prior to delivery. We are putting in our best efforts to ensure that all watches are delivered to you in the coming days.

For the very few backers who have yet to respond, there's no need to worry. However, due to incomplete survey responses, the initial shipment of your watch will be delayed. Rest assured, we have planned a second round of fulfillment, starting in mid-January. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you complete our survey as promptly as possible.
